Chapter 8

Karen

He loved me.

I loved him.

We both knew, and now Blake was going to do his damndest to get me to call him daddy. I would totally call him that, but I wasn’t going to let that secret out just yet either.

“Where are we going?” I squealed. He slapped my ass, and stalked down the hallway toward my bedroom.

“Bed, beautiful. I’ve waited as long as I possibly can. I need to feel your soft, lush body beneath me.”

“I’m not tired,” I whined. I knew he had no plans of sleeping.

“You will be when I’m done with you.”

“Promises, promises,” I mumbled.

He kicked open the bedroom door, and tossed me on the bed. “A promise you know I’m going to keep.”

I sprawled out on the bed with my arms above my head. My too small shirt was hitched up exposing my stomach. “I guess you haven’t let me down yet.”

“Clothes off, beautiful.” He pulled his shirt over his head, then bent over to take off his shoes. “I need you naked.”

“So bossy,” I grumbled as I wiggled out of my shirt. His kind of bossy was hot when he was telling me to take my clothes off. I shimmied out of my panties, and kicked them to the bottom of the bed. “Done.”

Blake was still bent over untying his shoes. He grunted under his breath, then finally stood up. His hands went to the button of his jeans and popped it open. “You’re rather eager.”

I rolled my eyes. “Uh, you told me to take my clothes off. I can’t help it that your shoelaces conspired against you.”

“You got me all amped up, beautiful.” He held up one hand that had a slight tremor to it. “Fucking shaking with need for you.”

I dug my heels into the bed and bit my bottom lip. “Then I guess you better get your ass in bed with me.”

His pants dropped to the floor, he yanked his underwear down, and was in bed in five seconds. His hands were all over my body, touching, feeling, while his lips were raining kisses over my shoulder. “Two months of being with you, and I still feel like the luckiest man in the world to have you.”

I threaded my fingers through his hair, and tugged his lips up to mine. “I feel the same way. I ask myself all the time how I got so lucky. Although until about twenty minutes ago I didn’t know you loved me and thought you were eventually going to get bored of me.”

“Never gonna fucking happen,” he growled. His lips crashed down on mine, brutal and unyielding.

This wasn’t going to be slow and sweet. This wasn’t going to take all night.

Blake wanted me, and he was going to take it all.

“Say you love me,” he demanded between kisses.

I opened my eyes and looked directly into his dark blue eyes. “I love you.”

A low growl sounded deep in his throat. He wedged a knee between my legs, and wrapped his arms around me. He rolled us over till I ended up sprawled out on top of him.
